It is located in a ultra safe gated community with 24 hour mobile security, a luxury swimming pool and communal club house on-site. A housekeeper/chauffeur is available at additional costs on prior request.

This is a safe, friendly and open community where adults and children can go for walks, play and swimming at the pool. Other activities are available 5 to 15 minutes away. An housekeeper and/or baby sitter is available on request at extra cost.

| A deposit of US$100 Per person per week - or a minimum total deposit of US$500 (which ever is highest) is required to reserve a time slot. Full payment for the required time slot is required (funds must be cleared) at least one week prior to arrival, unless otherwise agreed. |

| Additional cost for Housekeeper/ chauffeur if needed. Food/drinks are not included. |
